1)All bookings are subject to availability and are confirmed only after receipt of payment.
2)Prices are subject to change based on airline, hotel, or service provider rules. Any fare difference or additional charges must be paid by the customer.
3)Cancellations and refunds are strictly governed by airline, hotel, and third-party service provider policies. Some bookings may be non-refundable or partially refundable. Service and convenience charges may not be refundable.
4)Any changes to bookings, including date or name changes, are subject to airline and hotel rules and applicable charges.
5)Customers are responsible for carrying valid travel documents, including passports, visas, and tickets. Paradise Vacations is not responsible for visa rejection, denied boarding, or entry refusal by authorities.
6)Paradise Vacations acts only as an intermediary between customers and airlines, hotels, and other service providers and shall not be held responsible for delays, cancellations, losses, accidents, or circumstances beyond our control.
7)Website content is provided for general information only and may be changed without prior notice. Unauthorized use of website content is prohibited.
8)Personal information shared with us is used only for booking and service purposes and is handled with confidentiality.
9)All disputes, if any, shall be subject to the jurisdiction of India.
Return and Refund Policy
-All cancellations and refund requests must be made within the time limits specified by the respective airline, hotel, or service provider.
-Refund eligibility depends entirely on the fare rules and cancellation policies of airlines, hotels, sightseeing providers, and other third-party vendors. Some bookings may be non-refundable or partially refundable.
-Refunds are applicable only in cases permitted by the service provider, such as cancellations within the allowed period, service unavailability, or as per their terms. No refunds will be provided for no-shows or unused services unless allowed by the provider.
-Sightseeing activities may be cancelled or modified due to natural calamities, weather conditions, government restrictions, or unforeseen circumstances. -Paradise Vacations shall not be held responsible for such cancellations, and refunds, if any, will be subject to the service provider’s policy.
-To request a cancellation or refund, customers must contact our support team via email or phone with their booking details. Requests are processed only after confirmation from the airline, hotel, or sightseeing provider.
-Once approved by the service provider, refunds will be processed within 15 - 21 business days and credited to the original mode of payment. Bank or payment gateway processing time may vary.
Service charges, convenience fees, and taxes may be non-refundable, even if the main service is refundable.
